 You never know what to expect during a home inspection. While perfoming a pre-list inspection in Raleigh, North Carolina the water heater burst. The seller was home and came out and asked what did you do? Luckily the water heater burst from the inside. Of course this did not make the seller feel any better, but at least the issue was found prior to a buyer's inspection. Issues like this could easily scare a buyer away from a property or worse, the buyer could have become stuck with a faulty water heater. You just never know what will happen during a home inspection.
